United Coffee launches latest machine at Restaurant Leader Summit
UNITED COFFEE will launch its Black and White SMART, the compact but effective addition to the Black and White range of machines, at the Allegra Restaurant Leader Summit on the 15 -16 June 2011.
The state-of-the-art Black and White SMART is an all-rounder that ensures unrivalled, premium coffee at all times. The compact machine encompasses all the features of the Black and White COOL, which allows the flexibility to produce espresso-based drinks with barista-standard milk texturing at the touch of a button, while its dimensions make it ideal for small, busy catering outlets.
By combining these cutting edge functions, the Black and White SMART guarantees consistent quality, reliable results for busy operators who want to offer authentic speciality coffee but don’t have the space or resource for a traditional or large bean-to-cup machine.
Black and White SMART features:
• Compact but capable – with a width of just 420mm the machine fits into the smallest spaces (machine depth 520mm and height 660mm)
